We currently offer shipping to Worldwide excluding Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, including all European Union (EU) countries. If you are located outside these regions, please contact our customer service for assistance regarding international orders.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order (e.g., due to high demand or stock availability), we will notify you via email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer different shipping options to suit your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-6 days
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-3 days

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Time

  • For EU-based customers, delivery generally takes between 5 business days for standard shipping and 10 days outside of the EU may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs procedures for international orders.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Order Tracking and Shipping Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details via email. You can also track your order directly on our website.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide images of the damage, and we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue.

11. Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the courier, we will reach out to you. We will offer you the option of reshipping the order at your expense.
